«Sevastopol» white wine won the gold medal in Premium segment nomination on international «Grand Collections 2009» competition of wine and spirits in Moscow.
It was chosen by experts who used the “blind” sampling method according to the International organization of Vine and Wine (O.I.V.) requirements.
«This wine has hues of Madeira and brandy. It bears a resemblance to a very old wine. It has certainly won the hearts of the jury by its characteristics», explained “The Inkerman plant of vintage wines” product engineer Ludmila GERASSIMENKO.
Wine producers of Italy, Germany, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine took part in the «Grand Collections 2009» competition.
«Sevastopol» has been produced by «The Inkerman plant of vintage wines» situated in Sevastopol (Crimea, Ukraine) since 2001.
